North Star - Journey Home
The North Star Journey Home project in Leominster, MA is a start to serving the critical need for affordable housing in the community. It provides 15 permanent apartments for homeless families with children.
Click on the image for a unique view starting from the first tree being cut, through ground breaking, construction, completion and ribbon cutting. I have to say that this has been my most rewarding photography project project to date.

The project was constructed by the DCM Construction, and design by Davis Square Architects.
Ashland Public Safety Building
The Ashland Public Safety facility serves as a shared headquarters for the town's Police and Fire Departments. It spans 42,000 square feet across three floors, offering modern amenities and sustainable design features such as geothermal HVAC systems and a green roof to align with the town's net-zero carbon goals.

Sullivan Auditorium at Worcester State University
The Sullivan Auditorium at Worcester State University has recently undergone a significant renovation, transforming it into a modern and fully accessible space designed for versatility and improved user experience.
The design for this renovation was completed by LPA Architects of Worcester, MA
Manchester Elliot Hospital Emergency Department
The Manchester Elliot Hospital Emergency Room renovation is a transformative success! With expanded facilities, state-of-the-art technology, and a patient-centered design, the upgrades enhance care efficiency and comfort for the community.
